What is the MRB Graduate Program?
The Graduate Program covers:
- induction
- on-the-job and formal skills training
- networking
- social and sporting events
The Program is open to final year university students. If accepted, you’ll begin working with us early 2009. A range of positions are being offered across Macquarie Relationship Banking, with applications closing 11th April 2008.
What about the Summer Vacation Program?

What happens next?
If you’re successful you’ll meet with various Macquarie Relationship Banking staff during the application process, gaining an understanding of the role, the division, your career opportunities and the types of people that work here. This involves:
- 1st interview with Graduate Recruitment
- 2nd interview with the Business Group
- Final interview with the Business Group
- Reference checks and pre-employment screening
- Offer of a place in the MRB Graduate Program
